how much does tutoring cost?
We pride ourselves on no-hastle pricing. Have a look at our pricing section!
What subjects do you tutor?
We support students across a wide range of subjects—K–12 math, reading, and writing, as well as SAT, ACT, GRE, and citizenship test prep. We also provide help with executive functioning and ADHD support. If you’re unsure whether we can help with a specific area, just ask.
How do I get started?
It’s simple: fill out our short sign-up form and we’ll follow up to learn about your goals and match you with a tutor who fits your needs.
Can I meet the tutor before starting?
Yes. Once we’ve made a match, we’re happy to schedule a brief meet-and-greet so you can confirm it feels like the right fit before beginning sessions.
Do you work with students who have ADHD or learning differences?
Absolutely. Many of our tutors have experience supporting students with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and unique learning needs. We tailor our strategies to each learner.
Do you offer support during school breaks or over the summer?
Yes! We provide tutoring year-round. Summer and school breaks are a great time to review, build skills, or get ahead.
Do you offer annual memberships?
We do. Annual memberships work as a monthly retainer for a set number of sessions. It’s a great way to establish consistency and a long-term relationship with your tutor.
Do tutoring sessions have to be on the same day each week?
Not at all. Scheduling is flexible and arranged directly between you and your tutor. You decide how and when to use your sessions.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling. If you’ve purchased a package, you get one last-minute cancellation for free. After that, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
What if I don’t like my tutor?
A good match matters. If your tutor doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll work with you to find someone who better matches your learning style and goals.
Can I request a tutor of a specific gender?
We understand that some families have preferences, and we do our best to accommodate them. Final assignments depend on tutor availability, but we’ll always work with you to make the experience comfortable and effective.
